[A street child seen on the street]
In goodwill gesture Government has decides to come up with free homes for street children in every district of the State.(News Report here) These “homes” would provide free accommodations and free food. These “homes” would have state of the art rooms for recreational purposes; those would be called Interrogation rooms. In these “homes”, Indian security forces will tickle you with their specially designed bamboo sticks or tell you such jokes that you die laughing (that’s the reason they say when somebody dies in prison).
