The accused in the Shopian double rape and murder case have been granted bail today. All the four accused including Superintendent of Police (S.P) Javed Matoo are police officials, have been granted bail by the High court.
It seems like any soap opera going on, no one has been held responsible so far and even the SIT (special Investigation Team) is on a wild goose chase.
