Pakistan is a country which is rich in water resources, as worlds largest glacier reserve outside the polar region is in northern region (Gilgit-Baltitsan) of Pakistan, known as Baltaro Glacier.
It has the worlds mightiest mountain ranges know as, Karakorum, Himalaya and Hindukush which are the main sources of fresh water and main tributaries of the Indus River.
