Kutwal lake is one of the panoramic lakes of Gilgit-Baltistan in Haramosh Valley which lies in-between the Gilgit and Skardu. The lake is surrounded by the forest, glacier and snow capped mountains. One can reach Stak Valley or
Nagar Valley via mountain pass from Haramosh Valley. Haramosh Peak is also located in this valley which can be sighted from the lake.
