Mountain Ranges in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan

Gilgit-Baltistan is home to the three mightiest  mountain ranges in the world named as, Himalaya  Karakorum and Hindukush. The junction where these mountains meet is located  about 40 kilometers from the Gilgit city. Gilgit-Baltistan is home to 5 Eight thousanders.(The eight-thousanders are the 14 independent mountains on Earth that are more than 8,000 metres (26,247 ft) high above sea level.)
