Within me

I run for them
but they run from me
I find them all
but they dont place me

Whom is this all for
cant I stand alone
what do I look for
that I dont find within me

Am I scared of someone
who is deep beneath me
or am I craving for some place
Which is still not for me

I searchd in sky and sea
I looked in sands of dee
I found it everywhere
but why not near me

Shadow of a freind
quenches the thirst
like a river in forest fires
till there is volcano inside me

It is burnt to ashes
without any flames
immersed in ganges
but it is still burning aside me

let it start from me
let it end at me
let be roam within me
let it be nothing but me
